Faced with a very constrained building area, the owner believed his program of requirements was going to be adverse to his working environment.  His preconceived conceptual ideas were also extremely expensive.  Our design not only proved to be far less expensive, but actually was able to better organize the owner's working environment and eliminate existing and potential conflicts.  The two story addition also blends with but does not distract from the original building facade.
