Told by another architect that they would have to use wood framing to build their addition and that the estimated cost would be 2.4 million dollars, well beyond their budget, the church sought advice from Fakler Architects.  After reviewing their program and budget, we recommended that a pre-manufactured steel structure was the only possible way to meet the church's needs.  At a construction cost of 1.6 million Fakler Architects designed this 20,504 square foot addition providing an 878 seat sanctuary, orchestra pit, balcony, choir practice room, four class rooms, and large narthex.
