Beatrice Public Library Roof Remodel & Interior Restoration

The Beatrice Public Library was plauged by a chronic leaking roof that was allowing the interior of the facility to deteriorate. Previous reroofs had failed to isolate the problems. Analysis of the original drawings and the site conditions revealed several problem areas for which Fakler Architects was able to design solutions.
